These are game engines that only big studios can afford, they usually cost more than $25.000, usually include exclusive technology and optimizations, this is the state of the art, sometimes game studios prefer to focus on content and game play than on the technology, or creating a engine that is a process that might take years. Most of these Engines are available at custom pricing ranges and are usually covered with NDA, so this section has no price indication.
